When we moved into our home, the bathrooms shot straight to the top of my must-fix list. We gave the powder room a quick facelift (a great wallpaper moment and a marble vanity), but our girls’ bathroom needed much more love.
I kept the original layout, but it was a true gut job: we tore everything out and started fresh, focusing on timeless finishes and soft, serene touches. A few gentle, feminine details—like an etched star mirror and a bow-adorned shower curtain—make it feel special without being overly sweet.

Before: Just the Basics
